Returns Policy

In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, Watling Street Galleries will supply you with a contract for each purchase you make on the site. You have the right to withdraw from the contract, within seven working days from receipt of the goods, and return the Goods without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid, within thirty days.

It will totally be your responsibility to pay postage & adequate insurance of returning the goods. This is not refundable, yet we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund. We would recommend the item is adequately wrapped using the original packaging materials with the addition of further wrapping if required.

Our bespoke returns policy

If you order a bespoke item on our website or instore, including choosing a custom Canvas Print option, or a Bespoke Framing order, these items are made-to-order and therefore the right to withdraw from the contract within seven working days under the European Distance Selling Directive is not applicable. This right is also not applicable to any other made-to-order (bespoke) item. Any Purchase, or Bespoke Order remains the property of Watling Street Galleries until paid in full.
