In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, Watling Street Galleries will supply you an invoice for each purchase you make when placing an order online through our website. You have the right to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid.
It will be the purchaser’s sole responsibility to return these goods in pristine condition and at their own expense. We are unable to accept good which have been damaged in any way.
Our bespoke returns policy
If you order a bespoke item on our website or in-store, including choosing a custom Canvas Print option, or a Bespoke Framing order, these items are made-to-order and therefore the right to withdraw from the contract under the European Distance Selling Directive is not applicable. This right is also not applicable to any other made-to-order (bespoke) item. Any Purchase, or Bespoke Order remains the property of Watling Street Galleries until paid in full.
